Exchange and Return Policy:

For items in good condition, you have a 7-day window from the date of purchase (excluding items on sale) to request a return. We are happy to exchange the item or provide a refund, which will be processed using the original payment method. A valid receipt must accompany any returned items.

However, please be aware
Refunds will only be provided in cases where an item arrives damaged or if an incorrect item is shipped to you.
We kindly request that you make your selections carefully, as we do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind. Our products are genuinely original, unique, and crafted by hand.
Variations in the tone, colouration and size are to be expected due to the original nature of the item. Flaws are a feature of its history, and are not considered to be faults.
It is up to the purchaser to ensure that the item is free from defects or damage before completing the purchase.

Please note we will only issue refunds to a Thai bank account when the account holder's name matches the payer's name and information. Additionally, we only process refunds within Thailand and cannot process refunds for transactions outside of the country.
