Exchange and Return Policy

1. Online orders – 7-day right to cancel

If you ordered online (through our website, LINE, social media, email or phone) without visiting our showroom, you may cancel your purchase for any reason within 7 days from the day you receive the item.

• Send us a written notice within these 7 days by email to info@tarahomedecor.com or by LINE message, with your name and order number.
• Return the item within 21 days of your notice, unused and in the condition in which you received it, ideally in its original packaging.
• We refund the full amount you paid for the item within 15 days of receiving your notice.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. For large furniture we can arrange collection with our transport and will tell you the cost in advance.

2. Showroom purchases (Pattaya and Phuket)

When you buy in our showroom, you see the item before purchase. Items in good, unused condition may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase on presentation of the receipt. Sale items are final sale, unless they are damaged or defective.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please check your order on delivery and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with photos. If an item arrives damaged, has a defect or is not the item you ordered, we will repair, replace or refund it and cover all return and delivery costs. This does not limit your rights under Thai law regarding hidden defects.

4. Handmade and antique items

Many of our pieces are handmade or antique. Variations in tone, colour and size, natural cracks, knots and signs of age are part of their character and are not considered defects. This does not affect your right to cancel an online order.

5. Refunds

Refunds are made by the same method you used to pay. Bank transfers are refunded to the account the payment came from; the account holder's name must match the payer's name.
