Originally created for a historic Moroccan home or riad, it combines fine craftsmanship with a symbolic decorative program intended to protect and bless the household.

The inlaid composition brings together a burning candle, keys, scissors, and cowrie shells—motifs traditionally associated with light, guardianship of the home, protection from misfortune, prosperity, and good fortune.
