Ganesha and Shiva Window Panel

A pair of old Indian window shutters in a turquoise and ochre frame, painted with Ganesha seated on a cushion holding a lotus, and Shiva above him with a serpent and the crescent moon in his hair. Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, is traditionally honoured at the entrance of Indian homes, so the panel makes a meaningful piece for a hallway or meditation corner.
